About the event
Join our team of Staff Planners and Community Partners to help us update the Zoning Map for your neighborhood. Using the goals and priorities and the Future Land Use that you give us in Workshops 1 & 2, we will present a Zoning Map that we believe will lead to the outcomes that you described.
What to Expect:
Collaboration: We invite you to work with your neighbors to help us decide what the rules of development should be in your neighborhood. What types of homes should be allowed on your street? Should commercial blocks have a few large buildings or lots of smaller buildings? Our staff planners will work with you in small groups so that we can focus on you and your community.
Resources: You will have access to our community partners; the local groups focused on home maintenance aid, bus access, and blight removal.
